Role Overview: As the Sales Head, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of the organisation across the region. You will be responsible for formulating and executing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and achieving revenue targets while fostering strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets. Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales objectives. Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's presence in existing markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and other stakeholders. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies as needed. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with company objectives. Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management. Ensure adherence to the company's policies, standards, and quality guidelines in all sales activities. Engage, mentor and retain the sales team and grow them into sales leaders with expert guidance and career pathing. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s would be a plus. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the paints or allied industries. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong understanding of the paint market and distribution channels in Madhya Pradesh and surrounding regions. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Must have hands-on experience in managing a team independently.
