Sales Head – Industrial Solar-Ahmedabad-Upto 45k

About the Role:

• We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Head to lead and expand our business in the Industrial Solar Projects segment at our Ahmedabad location.
• The ideal candidate must have proven expertise in the industrial solar sector, a strong network with industrial clients, and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic sales planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of industrial solar projects in the Ahmedabad region and surrounding markets.
• Generate new leads, develop client relationships, and convert opportunities into successful projects.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective industrial clients (factories, plants, warehouses, etc.).
• Negotiate and close contracts with industrial clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the technical and project execution teams to deliver seamless customer experience.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.
• Provide sales forecasts, MIS reports, and regular updates to management.
• Represent the company in client meetings, industry forums, and exhibitions.

Key Requirements:

• Mandatory experience: Minimum 5 years in industrial solar project sales.
• Strong knowledge of solar project lifecycle, industrial client requirements, and relevant government policies.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the solar industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Strong leadership qualities to build and mentor a growing sales team.
• Male candidate preferred due to frequent client visits & travel.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
