Sales Head (Hospitality)

**Job Description:** As a part of the Yansh Group, you will lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies for hotels and villas, fostering relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners, and collaborating with the marketing team on promotional campaigns. Moreover, you will be involved in analyzing market trends, competitor offerings, and preparing sales reports for senior management. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets. - Develop and implement sales strategies for hotels and villas. - Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners. - Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns. - Analyze market trends and competitor offerings. - Prepare sales reports for senior management. **Qualifications:** - 2-5 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry. - Strong understanding of the Jaipur market. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in CRM software. - Experience with luxury clientele and group bookings is a plus (e.g., OYO, Treebo, MMT, etc.).
