Sales Head - Furniture sales To Hospitality industry-Hotel/Restaurants

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in the hospitality segment.
• Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities with hotels, resorts, and restaurants.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers including hotel owners, restaurant chains, purchase managers, and project consultants.
• Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and hospitality consultants for upcoming projects.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals independently.
• Track competitor activities and provide market insights to the management team.
• Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and post-sales support.
• Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure timely delivery of customized solutions.

Candidate Profile :

• Graduate / MBA preferred with 712 years of experience in

  B2B sales

  in

  furniture, furnishings, interiors, building materials, or hospitality solutions

  .
• Strong business development background in the

  hospitality sector (hotels, resorts, restaurants)

  .
• Proven ability to drive sales independently as an individual contributor.
• Strong network with hospitality procurement teams, consultants, and architects.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with long sales cycles.
