SALES HEAD (BUYING HOUSE)

As a Sales Head at Square Corporation, you will have the opportunity to sell, manage, and develop markets across key textile hubs in India, Bangladesh, and Sri-Lanka. Your role will involve leading generation and sales efforts, traveling abroad to meet prospective clients, building and managing strong vendor networks, negotiating pricing and contracts, and staying updated on market trends and raw material prices. You will collaborate closely with Design, Merchandising, and Production teams to explore new markets, textile clusters, and product innovations. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Textile/Fashion/Supply Chain; Masters preferred - 5-10 years of experience with buying houses or apparel brands - Strong vendor network across major textile hubs in India - Solid understanding of fabrics, garment construction, costing, and tech specs - Proven skills in negotiation, supplier management, and fast-paced sourcing cycles - Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal abilities - Willingness to travel for vendor meetings and market development Joining Square Corporation will offer you the chance to be part of a fast-growing textile organization in Ludhiana with a strategic role that includes high visibility and leadership responsibilities.
