Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Manager to lead business development and customer acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate should have experience in field sales, managing client relationships, and driving team performance to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and revenue growth through new customer acquisition.
• Manage and mentor a team of sales executives (if applicable).
• Build strong client relationships and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Execute local sales strategies aligned with business goals.
• Track performance metrics and prepare sales reports.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in sales (BFSI/retail/telecom/FMCG sectors preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Local market knowledge and willingness to travel for fieldwork.
