Job Description

Ø Plan daily Marketing/Sales activities and be responsible in assigned Sales Counter.

Ø Count the stock daily by managing the record of the opening stock and closing stock in the section allocated.

Ø Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations

Ø Responsible to handle the ornaments with care and do proper and attractive display all items in the counter correctly as per the approved format.

Ø Make sure that all trays are filled and are without any empty slots.

Ø Check the quality and quantity of the products.

Ø Keep ready and to maintain the sales kit always.

Ø Handling customers independently and answering queries

Ø Welcomes customers by greeting them; organizing chairs and providing cool drinks, tea, coffee, offering them assistance.

Ø Analyse the needs of existing/potential customers to meet their requirements.

Ø Demo the products with explanation using well - mannered communication skills and selling the products to the customers.

Ø Introduce the various products offering to the customers and facilitate customer buying decision.

Ø Taking customer orders, do estimate calculation and negotiate/close deals.

Ø Prepare the estimates, inform the correct value of the purchase to the customers, enter in the counting slip and then hand it over to the cash counter personally to complete the sales transaction.

Ø Upselling, (seller invites the customer to purchase more expensive items, upgrades, or other add-ons to generate more revenue.) and Cross Selling (Selling an additional product or service) to the potential customers’.

Ø Assist the customer when there is a sales return or repair work

Ø Handle customers reservation / modification / cancellation / exchange / home delivery, etc.

Ø Handling and resolving customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

Ø set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns

Ø Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments

Ø Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships and get customer's data and referral.

Ø Report the sold sock in the section for reordering to the section head for timely stock replenishment.

Ø Coordinate sales effort and collaborate with team members to achieve better results

Ø Reach out to customer leads through follow-ups.

Ø Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams and continuously improve through feedback

Ø To make feel the Customer to visit again the showroom

Ø Assist the manager to analyze the marketing strategy

Ø Provide support to the marketing team and support to arrange Mela in showroom on regular basis

Ø Responsible for all point of sales activities in the showroom

Ø Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

  • total work: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Retail sales: 1 year (Required)
