Position Overview

Sales & Fundraiser Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage funding opportunities from corporates, CSR programs, government bodies, and grant-making agencies.
• Prepare compelling project proposals, concept notes, and grant applications aligned with the Foundations objectives.
• Create and maintain a database of potential sponsors, donors, and CSR partners.
• Lead fundraising campaigns, sponsorship drives, and donor engagement activities.
• Develop and implement strategies for sales outreach and partnership development.
• Coordinate with internal teams for project documentation, budgeting, and reporting.
• Meet fundraising targets and maintain transparent reporting of outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Development Studies, Social Work, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in fundraising, sales, or business development—preferably in the NGO or CSR sector.
• Proven track record in writing successful proposals and securing funding.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Strong analytical, research, and database management abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of CSR guidelines and government grant frameworks.
• Experience in donor management software or CRM tools.
• Familiarity with sustainability, environmental, and social impact programs.

Compensation

Commensurate with experience and qualifications. Performance-based incentives may apply.
