Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Fresher located in Noida. The Sales Fresher will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable course options. Day-to-day tasks include cold calling, following up on leads, setting meetings, conducting product demonstrations, and closing sales. The Sales Fresher will also work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies and support promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role is a plus, but not required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
