Sales Finance Manager

As a Sales Finance Manager focusing on NBFC Partnerships & SCF at Eximple, your role will involve driving the financial enablement engine for SME exporters. Your responsibilities will include managing NBFC licensing processes, leading SCF sales, onboarding new NBFC partners, maintaining strong finance partner relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize financing experiences. Additionally, you will be expected to stay updated on market and regulatory developments in SCF and NBFC segments. Key Responsibilities: - Manage NBFC licensing processes, documentation, and compliance requirements. - Lead SCF sales to promote financing solutions for SME exporters. - Identify, onboard, and manage new NBFC partners to expand the lending ecosystem. - Maintain relationships with finance partners for smooth credit operations. - Collaborate with product, risk, and operations teams to enhance financing experiences. - Stay informed about market and regulatory changes in SCF and NBFC sectors. Qualifications Required: - 3-6 years of experience in NBFC partnerships, SCF sales, fintech lending, or financial operations. - Strong knowledge of NBFC regulations, documentation, and compliance. - Proven track record in managing lender relationships and closing financing deals. - Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills. - Previous exposure to MSME/SME lending is advantageous.
