As a Sales Executive/Assistant Manager at Fairdeal Realtors Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving the sourcing and closing of commercial real estate deals. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with property owners and corporate clients, and successfully closing leasing and sale transactions. Your key responsibilities will involve lead generation and sourcing of commercial properties through various channels such as fieldwork, networks, and digital platforms. You will be required to develop and maintain a strong network of property owners, developers, and brokers while staying updated on available properties and market trends through market research. In terms of client relationship management, you will engage with corporate clients to understand their commercial space requirements and maintain and grow client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will provide relevant property options and strategic insights to clients. Your role will also involve sales and negotiation tasks such as conducting property viewings and site visits with prospective clients, negotiating lease and sale terms to achieve favorable outcomes, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth transaction closure. Documentation and reporting are essential aspects of the job where you will manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions, prepare periodic sales reports for management, and ensure all necessary documentation and due diligence are completed for each deal. To be successful in this role, you should possess basic verbal and written communication skills, be an undergraduate or graduate candidate, have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Real Estate field, and be comfortable traveling to multiple locations across Mumbai as per job requirements. A two-wheeler vehicle with a valid driver's license is mandatory for this position.
