Job Description

The Sales Expert position is a full-time, on-site role based at the upcoming Apple Premium Partner (APP) store in Elante mall, Chandigarh. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, assisting customers in selecting Apple products, and driving sales. Your daily tasks will involve engaging with customers to understand their needs, explaining product features, providing personalized recommendations, and ensuring a superior customer experience. Additionally, as a Sales Expert, you will handle customer queries and actively contribute to achieving sales targets. To excel in this role, you should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Experience skills, along with Retail Sales and Sales expertise. Excellent communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in using technology and a good understanding of Apple products are also key requirements. While previous experience in retail, particularly in electronics or technology, is advantageous, it is not mandatory. A degree in business or a related field would be desirable for this position.,
