Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Expert / Jewellery Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about jewellery, skilled in client engagement, and capable of delivering a luxury shopping experience while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers in a warm, professional manner.
• Understand customer preferences and provide personalized jewellery recommendations.
• Explain product features, quality, pricing, and care instructions.
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of current collections, product specifications, and upcoming trends.
• Build long-term relationships with clients through excellent service and follow-ups.
• Manage customer queries and handle complaints efficiently and gracefully.
• Assist with merchandising, stock management, and display arrangements.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, new arrivals, and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization on the sales floor.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail sales; experience in luxury or jewellery sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Presentable, well-groomed, and professional appearance.
• Passionate about jewellery, fashion, and customer service.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• Fluency in [insert relevant languages – e.g., English, Hindi, regional language].

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (minimum requirement).
• Diploma or certification in Retail Management, Gemology, or related fields is a plus.

Compensation:

• Competitive salary + sales incentives/commission.
