About the Role

We are looking for an empathetic, consultative Inside Sales Specialist who can drive the complete customer journey - from the first conversation to enrolling clients into our programs.

Responsibilities

1. Engage and qualify inbound leads through calls and CRM-based follow-ups.
2. Understand customer concerns and recommend suitable solutions.3. Maintain an organized sales pipeline and meet monthly conversion targets.4. Collaborate closely with cross functing teams for seamless onboarding.5. Build long-term client relationships to improve retention and satisfaction.

Requirements
1. Prior experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, or Customer Engagement.2. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.3. Ability to handle concerns, manage objections, and build trust.4. Target-driven with comfort working in structured, process-oriented environments.5. Self-driven, organized, and empathetic communicator.

Bonus (Not Mandatory): Experience in healthcare.
