To reach out to new and existing customers and generate sales for the organization. 2. Create interest and awareness of products. 3. Contacting potential clients via personal visit, email, or phone to generate leads 4. Identify customer needs and offer customized solutions/tools to meet those needs. 5. Build key customer relationships to maximize customer affinity and the effectiveness of the business. 6. Monitor competition, business mapping, and designing counter sales strategies. 7. To send timely proposals to customers and follow up. 8. Maintain an accurate and updated database. Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities. 9. Responsible for meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets. 10. Should have experience in preparing Tenders/GEM 11. Reporting to Executive Director. Required Candidate profile 1. 2 to 6 years experience in B2B Sales, proposal, and marketing of engineering products. 2. Engineering Background with experience in selling Industrial Products. 3. Excellent Writing and Analytical Skills. 4. Strong interpersonal skills. 5. Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
