Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through calls, networking, and field activity.
  • Handle client inquiries and conduct property site visits.
  • Explain project details and match suitable options to customer requirements.
  • Negotiate and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
  • Maintain follow-ups, documentation, and reports.
  • Coordinate with builders, brokers, and internal teams.
  • Manage day-to-day residential property operations.
  • Handle tenant onboarding, rent follow-ups, and issue resolution.
  • Conduct property inspections and ensure upkeep/maintenance.
  • Build good relationships with residents and management committees.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years experience in real estate or property management.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Two-wheeler & driving license mandatory.
  • Good with customer handling.
