Job Description

Business Development & Sales:

  • Identify and generate new sales leads through proactive market research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Conduct regular field visits to prospective and existing clients to build rapport and understand their needs.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Negotiate sales contracts, terms, and pricing to successfully close deals.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Act as a primary point of contact, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent post-sales support.

Market Intelligence:

  • Gather and report on market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing strategies, and emerging market trends.
  • Provide valuable feedback from the field to help refine sales and marketing strategies.

Reporting & Administration:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline, activity logs, and customer information in the CRM system.
  • Prepare and submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and expense reports.
