Job Description

Generate and follow up on leads: cold calls, referrals, walk‑ins, digital & offline leads. Present and demonstrate EV products (electric bikes/cars/three‑wheelers etc.): features, benefits, pricing, finance options. Conduct test drives or product demonstrations where applicable. Achieve monthly / quarterly / annual sales targets. Maintain strong relationships with customers: understand needs, answer questions, resolve objections. Provide excellent after‑sales service and support: customer handover, feedback, maintenance guidance. Stay updated with EV market trends, competitor products, government incentives and regulations. Work closely with marketing, service, and finance teams to ensure smooth customer experience. Maintain sales records, prepare quotations, contracts, and reports. Visit exhibitions, promotional events, apartment complex tie‑ups etc. to generate visibility and leads.
