Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive/Assistant Sales Manager at Hampton By Hilton Vadodara. The Sales Executive/Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for promoting and selling hotel services, maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include meeting prospective clients, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales strategies. The role also involves following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and handle any inquiries or issues that arise.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in client relationship management
• Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Background in the hospitality industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
