Job Title: Sales Associate – Gifting Sales (Handmade Paintings) Location: Indore Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Attractive Incentives Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) Experience Required: 1 to 5 years Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our gifting sales team in Indore. The role focuses on selling customized, handmade paintings and other personalized gifting products. The ideal candidate should have a background in sales, strong communication skills, and a passion for building customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Actively engage with walk-in customers and handle online/inbound sales inquiries Present and explain customized product options to potential buyers Follow up with leads, close sales, and meet monthly targets Coordinate with the design and operations team for order fulfillment Maintain proper documentation of sales and customer feedback Build and retain long-term relationships with clients Requirements: 1 to 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in gifting, retail, or lifestyle products Excellent communication and persuasion skills Strong customer handling and relationship-building abilities Target-driven mindset with a focus on conversions Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, etc.) Perks & Benefits: Fixed monthly salary + performance-based incentives Opportunity to work with a growing brand in the creative industry Supportive team and work culture Show more Show less
