Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys meeting new people, and is passionate about growing business through smart, strategic sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Present product/service offerings effectively to drive sales conversions.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth on-boarding and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain sales reports, client databases, and documentation as required.
• Use data to identify new opportunities and refine business strategies

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably B2B.
• Proficiency in Service Industry Managing trends.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and MS Office tools.
• Ability to travel for client meetings.
• Lead Conversion rate
• Language proficiency: Hindi, English, and Punjabi

• Salary: upto ₹25000 – 50,000/- (Target based + Incentives)
