Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and smart Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be well-presented, articulate, and confident in engaging with customers and converting inquiries into successful sales. This is a client-facing role requiring excellent communication skills and a persuasive approach. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide detailed information about products and services Follow up on leads generated through marketing and convert them into sales Build and maintain strong client relationships Coordinate with the design and operations team to ensure seamless execution Maintain sales records, generate reports, and meet monthly sales targets Represent the company professionally during client interactions, both online and in person Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales or customer-facing role Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Telugu/Hindi is a plus) Smart, presentable, and confident personality Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools is a plus
