What You’ll Be Doing:

• Proactively call potential or existing clients to introduce and pitch our services in events, branding, and advertising.
• Identify potential clients through market research, networking, inbound leads, or cold outreach.
• Identify customer needs and offer customized solutions that align with their brand goals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by following up and offering excellent service.
• Handle objections and queries with confidence and clarity.
• Collaborate with the sales and execution teams to ensure smooth lead conversion and project handover.
• Maintain detailed records of all calls, conversations, and sales activity.
• Go the extra mile to meet and exceed monthly targets.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum

  1 year of experience

  in telesales, preferably in the events, media, or advertising industry.
• Excellent

  communication, negotiation and persuasion skills

  (spoken and written).
• Confidence in pitching services over the phone and handling objections.
• A self-motivated, result-driven mindset with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups with a methodical approach.
• Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages are a bonus).
