Job Description

• Own the sales process from initial lead identification through final client attainment • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, providing them with tailored solutions for their water treatment needs • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. • Track sales leads in ERP, and view key sales information on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis • Make outbound calls, track results, and log call activities in ERP • Generate monthly reports on sales activities and forecast sales goals • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to clients, highlighting the benefits of the company's products and services • Ensure all projects meet or exceed sales objectives and budgets • Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company through proactive and strategic sales efforts. • Develop and implement sales performance metric systems.Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, business administration, or a related field. • In-depth knowledge of ETP/WTP/ STP/ RWH systems • Fluent in writing, speaking and reading of English language • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the water treatment or related industry.
