Role Summary:

We are looking for passionate and target-driven Sales Executives to join our expanding healthcare business. The ideal candidate will play a key role in client acquisition, building relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, and corporate clients to promote and sell our healthcare services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new clients including hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and corporate wellness partners.
• Pitch and promote IHS healthcare services and customized offerings to potential customers.
• Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare ecosystem.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the management.
• Maintain records of sales activities, client interactions, and feedback.
• Coordinate with internal operations and service teams for smooth client onboarding and delivery.
• Participate in local healthcare events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or Healthcare).
• 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, pharma, or wellness industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in regional/local language is a plus.
• Comfortable with fieldwork and client visits.
• Ability to work independently and handle client relationships effectively.
