Sales Executive & Warehouse Assistant (Weekend Only)

We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Executive & Warehouse Assistant for weekend operations. The ideal candidate will support both customer-facing sales activities and backend warehouse tasks. This is a part-time position ideal for someone looking to gain experience in both retail and logistics. Key Responsibilities:Sales Executive Duties (Front of House): Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Understand product features to help customers make informed decisions. Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area. Upsell or recommend additional products based on customer needs. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally. Warehouse Assistant Duties (Back of House): Assist with receiving, unpacking, and storing incoming stock. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch. Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels. Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Support stocktaking and inventory audits when required. Report any damaged or missing goods to the supervisor. Requirements: Previous experience in sales, retail, or warehouse preferred (not mandatory). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills for sales and inventory systems. Ability to lift and move moderate to heavy items. Good time management and reliability. Available to work every Saturday and Sunday. Desirable Qualities: Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
