Role Overview

dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Management & Conversion

• Engage with incoming leads generated via website, Google Ads, Instagram, and WhatsApp campaigns.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right Wallter products.
• Follow up with leads promptly to maximize conversions.

• Client Consultation & Sales

• Conduct

  one-on-one consultations

  (in-store, virtually, or at client sites).
• Showcase product features, finishes, and customization options using 3D renders and catalogs.
• Provide

  pricing quotations

  and close deals effectively.

• Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Handle pre- and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the

  design

  and

  installation

  teams for smooth project delivery.

• Reporting & Targets

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions in the

  CRM

  (Zoho / Privyr).
• Provide weekly sales reports to the Marketing & Sales Manager.

Requirements

• Education:

  Graduate / Diploma in

  Business, Marketing, or Interior Design

  (preferred).

• Experience:

  13 years in

  B2C furniture sales

  ,

  modular interiors

  , or

  luxury lifestyle products

  .

• Skills:

• Strong communication & negotiation skills.
• Understanding of interior layouts, finishes, and furniture aesthetics.
• Ability to work with 3D product renders & catalogs during presentations.
• Comfortable using CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and Google Sheets.
• Customer-first approach with high attention to detail.
