Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for driving B2C sales , converting leads into customers , and providing personalized consultation to clients looking for premium space-saving solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead Management & Conversion Engage with incoming leads generated via website, Google Ads, Instagram, and WhatsApp campaigns. Understand customer needs and recommend the right Wallter products. Follow up with leads promptly to maximize conversions. Client Consultation & Sales Conduct one-on-one consultations (in-store, virtually, or at client sites). Showcase product features, finishes, and customization options using 3D renders and catalogs. Provide pricing quotations and close deals effectively. Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships. Handle pre- and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate with the design and installation teams for smooth project delivery. Reporting & Targets Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM (Zoho / Privyr). Provide weekly sales reports to the Marketing & Sales Manager. Requirements Education: Graduate / Diploma in Business, Marketing, or Interior Design (preferred). Experience: 13 years in B2C furniture sales , modular interiors , or luxury lifestyle products . Skills: Strong communication & negotiation skills. Understanding of interior layouts, finishes, and furniture aesthetics. Ability to work with 3D product renders & catalogs during presentations. Comfortable using CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and Google Sheets. Customer-first approach with high attention to detail.
