Vrundavani Realty is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our growing team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales of residential and commercial projects by engaging with leads, conducting site visits, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with leads generated through telecalling, marketing campaigns, and walk-ins.
• Understand client needs and offer suitable project options.
• Conduct site visits and property tours, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective buyers.
• Negotiate and close deals while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the back-end team for documentation, follow-ups, and post-sales services.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on current market trends, competitors, and property rates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation skills and confidence in client interactions.
• Must be self-motivated and target-driven.
• Willingness to travel locally for site visits and client meetings.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
