Role & responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits.
  • Conduct property presentations and site tours for prospective clients.
  • Understand client requirements and provide suitable property recommendations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Effectively communicate project features, amenities, pricing, and payment plans.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
  • Negotiate deals, prepare proposals, and assist clients through the end-to-end sales process.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM tools.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and property rates.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth execution of sales activities.
