About Voorent:

Voorent is a fast-growing startup in the furniture and appliance rental space, currently operational in Delhi-NCR. We offer affordable rental plans, fast delivery (same-day available in Gurgaon), and complete setup services. We are now expanding aggressively and entering the quick commerce space for rental products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new B2C and B2B customer segments and build acquisition strategies
• Generate and qualify leads through field visits, calls, and digital platforms
• Pitch Voorent’s subscription plans and explain USPs to customers and brokers
• Onboard property dealers, brokers, co-living operators, and PG owners for recurring referrals
• Create partnerships with real estate agents, property platforms, and relocation service providers
• Meet sales targets and contribute to monthly growth and user base expansion
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and current clients to build relationships
• Work closely with marketing and ops team to deliver an excellent customer experience

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong customer orientation and relationship-building ability
• Willingness to travel locally for sales meetings
• Prior experience in rentals, real estate, or field sales is a bonus
• Hustler mindset with a go-getter attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
