Sales Executive

Job Title: Field Sales Executive (On-Site Property Representative) Department: Sales – Real Estate Reporting To: Founder Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Field Sales Executive who will represent our company on-site at residential properties. The executive will be stationed at designated apartments and will be responsible for welcoming clients, conducting detailed property tours, explaining features, and helping them make informed decisions. This is a frontline sales role requiring strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills. Key Responsibilities:Stationed at property sites during working hours to receive walk-in or scheduled clients. Conduct guided property tours, highlighting features, amenities, pricing, and unique selling points. Build a strong rapport with clients by understanding their needs and offering suitable options. Provide accurate information about the project including layout plans, floor options, payment plans, approvals, and timelines. Coordinate with the sales manager and CRM team for follow-ups, bookings, and client documentation. Maintain a clean, welcoming environment at the site at all times. Capture leads and update client visit details in the internal system or CRM. Represent the company professionally and uphold brand image during every client interaction. Ensure availability of brochures, floor plans, and relevant materials on-site. Requirements:Proven experience in sales or customer service; real estate experience is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and local language. Ability to explain product features confidently and handle basic objections. Professional appearance and punctuality are mandatory. Must be comfortable working on weekends and public holidays, with weekday offs. Willingness to be stationed at different project locations as per schedule.
