Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Identify and meet potential customers such as insurance agents, brokers, and companies within your assigned area.
Clearly explain how our insurance software helps manage policies, claims, and customer information efficiently.
Demonstrate product features and benefits through on-site presentations.
Respond to customer questions and provide clear information on pricing and plans.
Achieve monthly sales targets by closing deals effectively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for long-term business.
Report daily sales activities and client visits to your manager.
Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers.
Gather customer feedback and share competitor insights with your team.
Travel regularly within your territory to meet clients and explore new opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

Education:
Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
Experience:
1 to 3 years in sales, Insurance, Motor Insurance, Car Insurance, Health Insurance or related services.
Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
Confidence in handling client queries and objections.
Goal-driven and self-motivated.

Attitude:
Positive, proactive, and customer-oriented.
Mobility:
Willingness to travel as needed.
