Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs, showcasing jewelry pieces, aiding customers in making informed decisions, closing sales, and maintaining customer relationships. Additionally, the Sales Executive will handle inventory management, ensure the display areas are well-maintained, and stay updated on current jewelry trends to provide the best recommendations to customers.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills and customer service abilities
  • Sales skills and experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry
  • Organizational and inventory management skills
  • Ability to understand customer preferences and provide tailored recommendations
  • Attention to detail and product knowledge
  • Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
  • Flexibility to work during peak hours, weekends, and holidays
  • Experience in the jewelry industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
