Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Generate leads and
pitch courier and cargo services to SMEs, exporters, eCommerce companies, and manufacturers
.

Actively identify and acquire
freight/parcel load from the open market
and transport hubs.
Visit potential clients on the ground
field sales
role.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Negotiate pricing and service terms in line with company policies.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth

Achieve you monthly targets to get your monthly Incentives.
Prepare and submit daily reports on sales calls, prospects, and follow-ups.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience:
15 years in
logistics, transport, courier, or B2C field sales
roles. Prior experience in
load sourcing from market
or working with transporters, brokers, or warehouses is highly preferred.
Industry Knowledge:
Good understanding of
freight movement (FTL/PTL)
, courier operations, pricing, and basic logistics processes.
Local Market Exposure:
Should be well-connected in
local industrial areas, transport hubs, and markets
. Experience in tapping load from traders, manufacturers, or distributors is a plus.
Skills Required:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confidence in field sales and client meetings
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Basic computer knowledge (email, Excel, CRM is a plus)
Language fluency: Hindi (mandatory)
Personality Traits:
Energetic, persuasive, and proactive
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel locally or regionally
Should have a two-wheeler with a valid license (preferred)
