Role Overview: As a Sales Executive for Green Pin Products, your main responsibility will be to promote and sell shackles, lifting, and rigging equipment to potential customers in industries such as construction, oil & gas, shipping, and heavy lifting. You will need to develop strong client relationships, achieve sales targets, and stay updated on industry trends to identify new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and target potential customers in industries like construction, oil & gas, shipping, and heavy lifting. - Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, contractors, and end-users. - Promote Green Pin Products by showcasing their features, benefits, and adherence to safety standards. - Exceed sales targets by implementing proactive sales strategies. - Conduct market research to discover new business opportunities and industry trends. - Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals. - Manage inquiries, negotiations, and closing of sales deals. - Offer after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. - Maintain accurate sales records and generate reports for management. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. - Minimum 4 years of sales experience, preferably in lifting equipment, rigging, or industrial products. - Strong technical knowledge of lifting and rigging solutions is advantageous. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Willingness to travel when necessary.
