Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive / TelecallerAbout The Role

As a Sales Executive / Telecaller, you’ll engage with business owners and professionals who have already expressed interest in our business coaching programs. Your role will be to guide them in booking tickets for our high-impact business growth workshops. This is not cold calling — you’ll only be handling warm leads who are genuinely interested in our programs.

What You'll Do

• Call warm leads and assist them with ticket bookings
• Follow a proven sales pitch and build rapport quickly
• Handle objections with confidence and empathy
• Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM systems
• Achieve daily and weekly sales conversion targets

Job Type & Location

• Job Type: Full-time (In-office)
• Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad
• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹35,000 per month based on skills

• Strong communication skills in Telugu and Basic English
• Clear articulation and confident personality
• Passion for sales and helping business owners succeed
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome (training will be provided)
