Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining long-term relationships. You will play a key role in identifying sales opportunities, pitching services, and closing deals in the digital marketing and technology domain. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calls. Pitch digital services including SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, App Development, etc. Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services. Maintain sales reports and CRM entries. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field. Proven sales experience (preferably in IT/Digital domain). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluent in English and Malayalam. Benefits: Competitive salary + incentives/commission.
