Job Description

Job Summary:

Sales Executive Trainee

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and understand the company's software products, services, and value propositions
  • Assist in lead generation through online research, email campaigns, and cold calling
  • Support the sales team in scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and follow-ups
  • Communicate with potential clients to understand their requirements and explain suitable solutions
  • Update and manage customer information in CRM tools
  • Collaborate with the technical team to address client queries and proposals
  • Keep track of sales performance and market trends

Eligibility / Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates (BBA, MBA, B.Tech, B.Sc IT, or related fields)
  • Strong interest in software, technology, and business development
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of sales or marketing principles (training will be provided)
  • Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and work in a team environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
