**Job Description:**
As a Showroom Executive, you will play a pivotal role in creating a positive and engaging experience for our customers visiting our showroom. You will be responsible for assisting customers, providing product information, and ensuring a seamless buying process.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom.
- Provide detailed information about our products and services.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
**Qualifications:**
- Any degree.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a showroom or retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge about sales industry is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
