About the Role:

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential customers and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable product or service recommendations.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in CRM tools.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve customer experience and sales strategies.
Handle customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or similar role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
