About the Role:

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customers and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable product or service recommendations.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve customer experience and sales strategies.
  • Handle customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or similar role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
