Role - Executive- Travel Sales
Location- Mumbai-DN road

• Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and meet performance metrics.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide informed support
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using software.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to foreign exchange products and services.
• Deliver accurate information, support, and guidance to customers regarding forex transactions.
• Assist in sales conversion for foreign exchange services including currency exchange, forex cards, and remittances.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up where necessary.
• Work in coordination with other departments to ensure smooth transaction processing.
• Educate customers on company's forex policies and documentation requirements.
• Uphold company standards in terms of compliance, process adherence, and confidentiality.
• Immediate joiners preferred to meet urgent operational needs.
Requirements:
• 6 months to 1 year of expereince in any Call centre
• Good communication skills.
