Job Summary:

The Fern Residency Hotel, Vadodara, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving room reservations, banquet sales, and corporate tie-ups while maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and promoting the hotel’s services to maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase hotel revenue (rooms, banquets, F&B).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and other potential customers.
• Conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations to promote hotel services.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and agreements with clients.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to expand the client base.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue reports.
• Assist in promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Amadeus).
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
