We are seeking a dynamic and confident Sales Executive with 1–1.5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong sales acumen, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships while achieving business targets.
Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospects.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align on lead generation strategies.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Confident, persuasive, and result-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
