Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales and demonstrate exceptional negotiation and communication skills. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business development efforts, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective outbound calling and telemarketing strategies.

Duties

  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients through warm calling and outbound outreach.
  • Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on sales performance.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Engage in technical sales discussions to effectively communicate product benefits and features to clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies for lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations tailored to meet client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Experience

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology or technical sales environments.
  • Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and inside sales processes.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software for managing customer interactions and sales data.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successfully closing deals.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
  • Background in business development or marketing is a plus.
