As a Sales Executive in the textile industry, your role will involve handling B2B sales and website management for our women's clothing business. Your main responsibilities will include: - B2B Sales & Client Handling: - Manage and grow relationships with B2B clients, wholesalers, and distributors. - Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term clients. - Coordinate with buyers, understand their requirements, and provide solutions. - Website Management: - Update and manage the company's B2B website with product listings and pricing. - Ensure smooth order processing and coordinate with the operations team for timely deliveries. - Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support. - Market Research & Sales Strategy: - Stay updated with market trends in women's clothing. - Plan and execute sales strategies to increase business growth. - Work on pricing strategies to ensure competitive sales. Qualification Required: - Experience: 1-3 years in B2B sales, preferably in textiles or women's clothing. - Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills. - Technical Knowledge: Basic knowledge of website management and online sales platforms. - Education: Any graduate (preferred in business, marketing, or textiles). - Language: Proficiency in Hindi & Gujarati; English is a plus. Please note the work location is in person at Saroli, Surat with working hours from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. The salary range for this position is between 16,000 to 18,000 with additional benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and a performance bonus. This is a full-time, permanent position with day shifts.
