Job Description

FashionTV India Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its B2B Inside Sales team and is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and target-driven sales professionals to join us in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
  • Execute high-volume outbound B2B calling campaigns to prospect, qualify, and nurture leads.
  • Use CRM systems and dialers to log calls, track lead status, and maintain records.
  • Consistently meet and exceed daily/weekly targets for calls and conversions.
  • Qualify client requirements, explain commercial proposals, and schedule meetings for senior sales teams.
  • Collaborate with sales managers and team leads for timely follow-ups and pipeline management.
Requirements
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken written).
  • Prior experience of minimum 3 months in sales / telesales / inside sales / BPO outbound calling (mandatory).
  • Knowledge of dialer systems, CRMs, and lead management tools .
  • Highly motivated, confident, and able to work in a target-driven environment .
  • Education: Graduate / Undergraduate (freshers with 3+ months of sales exposure may apply).
  • Experience range: 3 months to 10 years.
