Job Summary:

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and follow up on leads provided by the company.
  • Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing effectively to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Coordinate with the team to optimize sales strategies and results.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduation is mandatory.
  • 1–3 years of experience in field sales or BFSI/insurance sector preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Result-driven with a passion for sales and customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
