Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive – Solar EPC to generate leads, manage client relationships, and drive sales for rooftop and commercial solar projects. The role involves client acquisition, proposal preparation, and coordination with internal teams for successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and close solar EPC projects
  • Conduct site visits and client meetings
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and ROI analysis
  • Coordinate with technical and execution teams
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

  • 1–5 years of experience in solar EPC / renewable energy sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Basic knowledge of solar systems, BOQ, and pricing
  • Willingness to travel for site visits

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Engineering / Business / Renewable Energy
  • Experience in rooftop or C&I solar projects
