Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, nurturing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. This role demands strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Execution: Present products effectively, negotiate deals, and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and generate regular reports for management.
  • Follow-Ups: Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects and existing clients to ensure engagement and retention.
  • CRM Operations: Generate quotations and sales orders using the company’s CRM system.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales or related field
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

Work Environment

  • Office-based role
  • Working hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Working days: Monday to Saturday

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
